I know it sounds like a cop-out from our side.. but there hasn't been an upgrade, AlteEgos does nothing automatically to upgrade (it is all manual when one is available), so I can only presume it is something else that has been installed that has changed the state of your machine. Does it error on all types of generation or just on a single type, have you installed anything else since it worked correctly previously?

I have installeda ton of stuff since originally installing Alter Egos and it has always worked ok. The only thing I did recently that seems like it started the problem was program called Flamereader which is a TTS program. Do you think it might help if I reinstall Alter Egos?

Its probably worth a try ... take a backup of the Program Files directory first though :) better to be safe than sorry.

I uninstalled AlterEgos and downloaded and installed latest software and it is fine now. I suspect Flamereader software was the culprit and I am having issues with that software
